At Oh Clementine, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
